REAL ESTATE NQF4
Legislation states that Intern Estate Agent may not continue practicing for more than
a year without completing an FET NQF4 Real Estate Qualification.
Failure to comply with the PPRA and the New Property Rights Bill signed into law will
result in cancelation of existing Fidelity Fund Certificate’s and new FFA’s will be
prohibited in future.
This means interns cannot trade in real estate
